This year we teamed up with our friends at Clayton Hops to produce a unique Harvest Pilsner.
Juicy Motueka hop cones were harvested from Garden 31 on Battery Hill, gently dried at the farm, air freighted to the brewery the next day and straight into a batch of hoppy New Zealand Pilsner. A maximum dose of cones in our hop back, once on the hot and again on the cold side ensures tasty and refreshing juiciness for all to enjoy. Especially those hardworking souls bringing in the bounty from the fields.
