A twist on the classic IPA, this Cold IPA is brewed at a colder temperature with lager yeast, for a super-smooth, clean base beer upon which the hops can shine. As a nod to the classic US IPAs, we\\\\\\\’ve loaded this beer with Chinook, Centennial and Columbus for a huge burst of bright citrus and pine, which is tempered by a pleasant bitter finish.
