Not so long ago it was close to being an endangered style, but over recent years there’s been a massive revival. A very complex style with yeast tones, mild to moderate tartness, lots of spice and with medium bitterness.
Fermented with a traditional Belgian yeast strain then dry hopped with N.Z Kohatu & Nelson Sauvin hops. Delicate yet moorish, New world meets Old.
