Inspired by the brilliant and classic Italian cocktail. We’ve deconstructed the original Negroni by macerating aromatics, bitter orange peel, gentian root, wormwood and juniper berries in barley wine; and ageing it in syrah wine barrels. It’s a wild ride.
Packaged in a 750ml bottle so you can share with your mates, or cellar and age.
