Big Holiday is with you again! This year we aged a strong Belgian style Saison in Tasmanian Whisky barrels for six months. The result is a golden pour with a wafting aroma of whisky soaked panettone. The body is light with splashes of preserved lemon and orange flesh. Oak pops on the classic dry Saison finish. Our little tradition. Serve 8-10 C.
