TECHNICAL BEER STYLE – A Belgian Style Dark Ale openly fermented with an Abbey yeast strain. The beer then underwent a secondary fermentation in the can. The beer has a sweet dark sugar flavour through the body but ends with a classic dry Belgian mouthfeel. Approx. 10 per cent of the fermentables are house made dark candy.
