Description
This is a shout out to the drivers, day and night, big trucks and small trucks, with their radios set to Channel 40. This big IPA will hit the spot for that day off – Galaxy, Centennial and Simcoe hops blend grapefruit, citrus and pine with solid bitterness in a paired back malt body. Wide load ahead- take it easy.
We’ve brewed this IPA with the majority of IBUs coming from hop additions early in the boil. The IPA has a great quality of creeping bitterness through the pallet finishing with solid grapefruit and pine. The malt side is modern and simple. No crystal malts just a touch of Caramalt to add some bread notes, while a small addition of cane sugar lightens the body and increases drinkability.
