TECHNICAL BEER STYLE – a TRUE TO STYLE American lager. We dig it and you need to try it! We’ve used 30 per cent flaked corn and an Mexican yeast strain. Fermented colder than both our Italian Pils and Japanese lager, this lager just says SMASH! Unfiltered with a sparkling straw colour, this is the lager you’ve always wanted.
What the can says: Cowboys, Corn and Eagles – that’s our collaboration with artist Marc Etherington and Michael Reid Murrurundi. This is a classic, unfiltered lager, all about easy malt layers before a dry and crisp finish. Watch that eagle.
