The hops provide surprising complexity thanks to the use of whole hop flowers in the whirlpool and for dry hopping. The beer starts with an aroma of orange candy before opening to stone fruit and pine. The body is all the same with the addition of fresh lemon. A firm bitterness finishes the beer amongst a touch of sweetness from the lush malts.

Here the rawness of the cascade flowers gives us aromas and flavours of pine, sweet candied orange and stone fruit. The body is slightly sweet with pillows of creamy oats. Old school hazy?
