Description
It\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\’s been on our to do list for a while. Get dropped by helicopter into the gorge, that runs along the eastern side of the New England region. To mark the occasion we\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\’ve gone with a classic addition of American hops in a simple modern West Coast IPA malt bill. This is a big IPA, that has a vibrant golden straw pour and aromas of fruit and pine, before a body of citrus with a solid lingering bitterness.
TECHNICAL BEER STYLE – a TRUE TO STYLE West Coast IPA with very good quality of bitterness. The malt bill does not include any crystal malts, taking a more modern approach to the West Coast Style, while the hot side hops of Centennial and Chinook provide the classic hop notes.
