Description
We teamed up with artist Gemma King and the Walcha Callery of Art to create an australian Lager with Queensland cane sugar and all Australian malts, grains and hops. Dry and easy going with grassy notes and fruity hints, this lager fits a day watching the sky change.
Technical Beer Stvle:
Our interpretation of an Australian Lager -unfiltered of course! It contains a couple of key ingredients.
The first is adjuncts, so we\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\’ve added a touch of Queensland cane sugar to lighten the b o d and also some rolled wheat to ensure a dry and clean pallet. The second key is the Pride of Ringwood Hops that we have added to the whirlpool to give the lager a recognisable hop aroma and flavour.
