Description
The beer pours a spectacular golden straw with a fluffy white head. Massive peach aromas waft together with candy and pear before a body of luscious, soft and sweet peach. The finish is clean and tangy.
A philly sour refermented with local peaches grown by Greenhill Orchards, about 10 km from the brewery door. The peaches were delivered fresh and then frozen to increase extraction. The beer has a relatively high finishing gravity which lends to a full body and slight sweetness that plays with the clean acidity.
