We had dust storms, fires and smoke, but no damn raindrops! And then they came and so too this juicy IPA, fermented with a big dose of local honey to lighten the body for the Citra, Ella and Eclipse hop blend to really pop. Drink fresh and don’t save for a rainy day!
TECHNICAL BEER STYLE
A soft pillowy hazy style malt bill is slightly lightened with the addition of local “drought honey”, giving off a sweet floral aroma. Drought honey comes about during drought conditions when the bees scavenge for pollen, creating a very dark and rich honey.
The Citra and Eclipse pop like candy bringing nectarine, apricot and orange juice.
