6.8% hazy IPA fermented with a classic German Hefeweizen yeast strain, this IPA is on the drier side and smacks of citrus and tropical fruits. Super fresh Idaho 7 was used in the whirlpool and lives up to the hype. The hefeweizen yeast adds complexity with hints of banana esters. The beer pours a shade darker than straw and holds a lovely haze and fluffy white head.
