Our brewers reckoned we’d need a truckload of hops to brew this IPA the right way. So we reached out to get the finest truckload of Australian and US hops for an IPA that doesn’t hold back. Big on aroma, clean present bitterness, and lasting fruits. Back it up, that’ll do.
TECHNICAL BEER STYLE – American West Coast IPA hop profile with a refined International IPA malt bill. Basically, we have loaded this IPA up with classic hops in the boil and whirlpool of Centennial and Mosaic with an all- Australian dry hop of Vic Secret and Enigma. The beer pours a brilliant golden straw with slight hop haze.
Importantly there is clean bitterness and a lasting profile of orange zest to ensure the IPA drinker is truly satisfied.
