6% Red NEIPA. In designing this beer we have taken the juicy, hazy NEIPA style and crossed it with the colours and flavours of a Red Ale. In doing so we have created a Red New England IPA, perfectly suited to Autumn. How we make it:
To create the body and haze associated with this style we have used a protein rich malt base. Adding modified malts late in the mash to provide colour and subtle, malt driven flavours. A high ester profile yeast along with a very heavy dry hopping regime creates the strong, juicy aroma and flavour.
