4.9% Live SCOBY ale. The beer is living and unpasteurised and contains all the microbial goodness of Kombucha. This beer is a collaboration between Bridge Road Brewers and one of its ex brewers Nardia Mcgrath. Nardia now lives in Nova Scotia when she is launching her own brewing. She visited Bridge Road Brewers while over to see family and attend Good Beer Week. Nardia was keen to create a Kombucha beer using a SCOBY for secondary ferment. The result is an out of control wild beer, influenced by the various yeast and bacteria used to undertake primary and secondary fermentation.
