6.5% New England IPA. A sessionable tropical fruit bomb. Slightly hazy, the aroma has some typical galaxy notes as well as juicy tropical fruit aromas with quite low bitterness and a clean finish. Smashable, squishable, or Krushable? Here at the Local Taphouse we get excited over about new beer styles and trends, and New England IPA is no exception. Created on a suitably foggy Monday in June – we’re a bit HAZY about some of the details, but we’re certainly NOT BITTER about the experience. The brew itself ran surprisingly SMOOTH despite a few of us being SERIOUSLY FRUITY from the night before. The resulting beer is named after the second best thing to come out of New England – this beer style being the first.
