7.8% Sangiovese Brett Ale. This ale was made with Fighting Gully Road winery who initially provided juice from cold soaked Sanjiovese which we added to the end of boil on brew day. We then supplemented this with the skins and bunches from freshly pressed Shiraz, post fermentation. Tasting Notes:
The beer presents beautifully as a slightly hazy, deep peachy pink colour with tight white head. The aroma is packed full of grapes, bubble gum and fresh fruit. On the palate there is a perfect combination of stone fruit, fresh grape juice, tannins and a hint of alcohol.
This peach coloured ale combines yeast derived fruity esters and creamy mouthfeel with tannin structure provided by the grapes.
