4.4% Lager and 6.9% NEIPA released alongside each other, both designed to be enjoyed as a contrast to each conversation that inspired them. Both releases available as a mixed case, each 4 pack containing 2 of each beer. Both have been bottle conditioned to allow both beers to develop and change alongside each other over time, or drunk fresh if that is your preference. Our inaugural Beer Glamp was a coming together of some of the most creative and focussed minds of the Australian beverage scene, for a discourse that resulted in two beers. Including winemaker, Patrick Sullivan, brewer and blender Topher from Wildflower, and the ever creative Sam and Duncan from Hop Nation.
Ideas around provenance, identity and occasion were discussed – Subjects of humble simplicity and mind blowing complex flavour bombs were also part of the discourse. Two beers were created over two days of brewing, we had two contrasting conversations around creating a beer together, which allowed us to create two really different styles.
Beer Glamp Lager
Pouring bright and golden with a tight white head. On the nose it is subtle with earthy hop notes and a clean biscuity malt aroma. The body is clean and crisp with a spicy, noble hop quality balanced with the light biscuity malt flavour.
Beer Glamp NEIPA
This beer pours a hazy golden colour with a luscious white head. The aroma is big and juicy dominated by stone fruit, pineapple and passionfruit. Under this is the aroma of lemon and lime coupled with spice and clove phenolics from the Brett. The palate is full of ripe melon and peach with just a hint of bitterness to cut through the full bodied juiciness of this beer.
