6.4% Black Brett IPA. This black farmhouse IPA uses locally grown Australian hops to provide a big tropical hop bouquet. The malt profile is moderate despite its dark colour, with slight roastand chocolate alongside the hop flavour. HOW WE MAKE IT
The recipe used a very light malt base, adding dark malts very late in the mashing process.
This allows malt flavour to remain subtle, while still adding rich colour and a hint of roast.
Fermented in our oak Foedar with Brettanomyces Claussenii it was heavily dry hopped with a mixture of locally grown Australian hops.
