Description
Triangles have three sides. fermentation took three weeks to finish. There are three hops used Chinook, Mosaic and Citra. We have used three times as many dry hops. The beer has been fermented dry so that the hops can shine out with their huge fruity and piney characters. There is a bit of sweetness but this comes from the high alcohol 11.1% (see the three “1”’s). We had to use a special strain of yeast so that it could handle the much higher alcohol level that our regular ale yeast we use could not.
