We’ve ramped the flavour profile with Yuzu Kosho – green Yuzu fruit, chilli and salt – a secret weapon of Japanese cuisine. The Yuzu aroma plays with hoppy notes of citrus and tropical fruits, before a body of tangy juiciness. We finish with solid bitterness and a touch of heat. All Lit Up!

Brewing technique and beer style: All Lit Up is a West coast IPA with Yuzu Kosho. A mix of fresh green Yuzu juice and rind, together with fresh chillies and sea salt were added to the conditioning tank.
