Description
Blowing Raspberries is all smiles and giggles! Almost a raspberry crumble in a glass, you’ll get a rich raspberry aroma with toasty, malty highlights. The body is slightly tart with a fruity finish. Oh and it puts pinky red in colour – blowing raspberries.
The beer had an uncontrolled fermentation in our open top fermenters and the raspberries were added during conditioning. The beer is tart because of the fruit added. Raspberries are tart. Not because of the addition of anything else.
