Description
The Belgian abbey yeast adds a lushness that brings out the orange peel and caraway seeds yet still dry and refreshing on the finish. Slice of Rye was brewed with the addition of sourdough rye loaves and traditional Swedish dark bread spices. The aroma has orange and anise, while the body is light with earthy and herbal flavours. A touch more orange accompanies a dry finish.
