Description
Citrus Sour pours a striking hazy straw colour and has a fresh aroma of sweet tangelo, peach, lime and green apple. The body is similar with a super clean sourness of lemon and apple in a full body of malt for a low alcohol beer. There is no perceived bitterness with a refreshing finish.
TECHNICAL BEER STYLE –Light sour ale brewed with the newly released Lallemand Philly Sour wild yeast strain. The beer is fermented slowly to allow the yeast to produce a very clean and refreshing acidity.
