Description
We’ve played with whole hop flowers in a few hazies, but have never gone all out. So here it is! The whirpool was jam packed with the raw fruity punch of Enigma and Motueka and then balanced by Ella’s floral notes. Then on to a double dry hop for good measure. Flowers in the Haze!

Hop Flowers: Motueka, Ella & Enigma
Hop pellets for dry hopping: Citra, Mosaic & Jester
Brewing Technique: Only hop flowers where used on the hot side for this beer, where whole hop flowers were put in a hop back to maximise extraction. Dry hopping was carried out as per normal.
