This hazy was brewed with a custom order of Galaxy whole hop cones from the 2021 harvest and combine with the more subtle Cashmere to deliver overtones of passionfruit and grapefruit with touches of lime and melon. A long period of cold conditioning has balanced this beer to deliver a soft fruity pallet.
