Wow! After holding Heaven Hill Bourbon these barrels were used by Beenleigh for over 20 yrs. The barrels were tightened by our barrel supplier and hardly leaked a drop. The aroma mixes oak, rum and bourbon with caramel, dark candy and cocoa dust. The body has classic rum dominated flavours of molasses and alcohol sweetness with deep flavours of plum jam. The finish is Christmas pudding with brandy butter.
