Imerpial Stout aged in Tasmanian whisky barrels for 6 months, this full bodied stout has classic barrel aromas of oak and vanilla before a luscious body of whisky and chocolate.
This stout has taken on the full depth of the barrels which held Barossa Shiraz before being used for whisky in Tasmania. There are aromas of liquor filled chocolates, oak and whisky. The body is soft and blends vanilla, sweet dark English malts and chocolate with a gentle alcohol warmth and hints of a Barossa shiraz. The finish is long with dark candy and whisky.
